Unifarma reserves the right to change prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer makes the purchase.
The website www.unifarma.pt reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
Unifarma undertakes to respect the delivery deadlines of an order, as long as there is availability of stock. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, Unifarma will contact the customer, by email or by phone, within 72 hours from the date of the order, on working days, in order to verify with the customer. the best course of action.
It is Unifarma's policy to present only products for sale that are in stock in its warehouses. However, for technical or circumstantial reasons, discrepancies may occur between the quantities presented for sale on the website www.unifarma.pt and the quantities in stock.
Unifarma delivers orders through its carrier hired for this purpose. Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the following documents: invoice and Carrier's Guide. Product deliveries will only take place on working days.
As an indication, without this entailing any link to Unifarma and except for the unavailability of the products or other causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered between 7 to 10 working days, counted from the confirmation of payment.
These deadlines are indicative and will be complied with, unless there are physical or structural impediments (incorrect addresses, strikes or force majeure setbacks).
If the Customer does not receive the order within the indicated deadlines, an inquiry will be made with the carrier and may take a few days. The Customer must send an email to geral@unifarma.pt, reporting the failure. During the investigation period, no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
The customer has the right, upon receipt of his order, to open the packaging to verify that the product complies with what was ordered and that it does not present external defects.
If the product is not the one ordered or has visible defects, Unifarma advises the customer to return it, sending it to Unifarma (Farmácia Nova - Aveiro, Unipessoal Lda.): Campus Universitario de Santiago, 3810-168 Aveiro Portugal . An email must be sent, within 24 hours, indicating the problem to: geral@unifarma.pt. In the case of deliveries by the carrier in which the packaging has not been checked, the customer will have 24 hours to report the problem to our Customer Service by phone (+351) 256 070 147 or through geral@unifarma.pt.
If the product that the Customer wants to return has external defects and has been accepted by the same, Unifarma will be obliged to decline any request for refund or replacement. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of defects that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.

For the Azores and Madeira, deliveries may take up to 15 working days and are only shipped from Mainland Portugal on Thursdays, so the deadline is counted from that day of the week.

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, all items purchased at www.unifarma.pt have a maximum period of 14 days to exchange or return your product. In order for Unifarma to accept the exchange or return request, the product must be in perfect condition and not show minimal signs of use or misuse. Being in its original condition means that the packaging, labels and the entire product must be intact.
To make an exchange or return, you must contact Unifarma's Customer Support Service via telephone, e-mail or registered letter, showing the wish to exchange or return the item(s) previously purchased, accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
Exchanges or returns sent via CTT without identification of the sender will not be considered, and the customer is responsible for contacting the Customer Support Service in advance before making any shipment.
In case of return “You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.”
According to article 12 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, Unifarma is obliged to refund within a maximum period of 14 days the amounts paid by the consumer of all amounts received, except the value of shipping costs.
If, for any reason, Unifarma feels the need to update the privacy policy, the consumer will be the first to be informed at least 30 days in advance.

For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these “General Conditions”, the Judicial Court of the District of Aveiro will be competent.
Unifarma is not responsible for delays or contractual breaches due to force majeure or external reasons.
Unifarma is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damages or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the site.
The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the website www.unifarma.pt, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.
